These terms apply to stays booked directly with Allure Residence (DHA Rahbar, Phase 11, Lahore) through this website, WhatsApp or phone. Stays booked on Airbnb follow Airbnb’s own terms and the cancellation policy shown on the listing.
1. Who can stay
- Our homes are for families only. Unmarried couples are not accepted.
- The lead guest must be 18 or older and share a valid CNIC or passport copy before check-in. We may ask for ID of other adult guests.
- The number of guests may not exceed the maximum for the home booked (1BR: 3, 2BR: 6, Full House: 10).
2. Prices and payment
- Prices are per night in Pakistani rupees, as shown on the website or confirmed on WhatsApp.
- A 50% advance is required to confirm a booking. The balance is paid at check-in.
- We accept bank transfer (IBFT/Raast), JazzCash and Easypaisa. Card options for overseas guests are arranged on request.
- Payment details are shared only from our official WhatsApp number, 0335-2233336. We are not responsible for payments sent to any other account or number.
3. Cancellations and changes
- The advance is non-refundable.
- You may change your dates once, free of charge, if you tell us at least 7 days before check-in, subject to availability.
- Early departure does not entitle you to a refund of the remaining nights.
- If we must cancel for reasons within our control, we refund all money received.
4. Check-in and check-out
- Check-in from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Check-out by 11:00 am. Early or late times on request.
5. House rules
- No parties, events or loud gatherings. No smoking indoors. No illegal items or activities.
- Visitors who are not registered guests may not stay overnight.
- Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear and may be charged for repairs or replacement.
- CCTV cameras cover exterior and entrance areas only, for security.
6. Liability
Please keep valuables safe. Allure Residence is not liable for loss of personal belongings, or for interruptions to utilities outside our control, although our homes have UPS backup.
