Who can stay at Allure Residence?
Our homes are for families only, including married couples, parents with children and extended families. We do not accept unmarried couples, and we verify the lead guest’s CNIC or passport before check-in.
Which homes do you have and how many people do they sleep?
We have three homes in DHA Rahbar: the 1BR Home for up to 3 guests, the 2BR Home for up to 6, and the Full House with 3 bedrooms for up to 10.
How much does it cost per night?
Direct prices are PKR 10,000 for the 1BR Home, PKR 13,000 for the 2BR Home and PKR 17,000 for the Full House. Booking direct through our website or WhatsApp is cheaper than booking on Airbnb. Rates can change in peak periods such as wedding season and Eid; we always confirm your total before you pay.
How do I book?
Use our booking form or WhatsApp us on 0335-2233336 with your dates and number of guests. We confirm availability, and your booking is secured once the 50% advance is received.
How can I pay?
Bank transfer (IBFT or Raast), JazzCash or Easypaisa. Overseas guests who want to pay by card can message us and we will arrange a secure option. Payment details are only shared from our official number, 0335-2233336.
What is the cancellation policy?
The 50% advance is non-refundable. You can change your dates once, free of charge, if you tell us at least 7 days before check-in, subject to availability. See our Terms & Booking Policy.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. Ask us if you need an early arrival or late departure, for example for a late-night flight.
Is there electricity backup during load-shedding?
Yes. All our homes have UPS backup, so the lights, fans and Wi-Fi keep running during load-shedding.
What is included in the home?
Fully equipped kitchens, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with Netflix, free parking, fresh linen and towels. The Full House has two kitchens, two TV lounges and six air conditioners.
Is the area safe?
DHA Rahbar is a gated, guarded community. Our homes also have CCTV cameras covering the exterior and entrances, a boundary wall and 24/7 security.
Is it suitable for wedding guests and overseas families?
Yes. Most of our guests are families visiting for weddings, Eid and holidays, including many overseas Pakistanis. The Full House keeps large families under one roof, with space to get ready and relax between functions.
Do you offer weekly or monthly stays?
Yes. We welcome longer stays for families, corporate teams and medical visitors. Message us with your dates for a long-stay rate.
Are parties allowed?
No. Parties, events and loud gatherings are not allowed, and visitors who are not registered guests may not stay overnight.
